It seems that there is no event notification for when an email is blocked. Say an email is used multiple times for a signer and that email bounces. Eventually it gets caught by OneSpan and is now "blocked" if that email is again used for a signer.

Valid sender requires both a first name and a last name, but what about when the sender is a company or only has one name. There is no ability to leave one blank. In the OneSpan UI, first name and last name are both required fields.

Does OneSpan supports below use case Basically the email to e-sign would go to an intermediary and allow them to route to the actual Client to sign without disclosing the email address.

I'm trying to looking up the documentation for the POST /api/packages call within the Interactive API Definitions page in the sandbox environment, but when I click on this method, the page displays the following error:

I have created a template with a placeholder on the OneSpan website. When I use this template in a transaction, I am unable to change this placeholder to a normal recipient in the designer, and so I am unable to actually create and send the package.

Is it possible to Save the signature to database.? My requirement is that in one of the webpage(MVC C#) i need to sign and save the signature to database.
