Hi,I got "error.validation.vulnerableInput" when update signer with signer's first name as "<cindy>", and it seems this is new error after v11.56, would you please confirm? and what's this error message for? and in which scenario this error will throw? thanks,
Extra long text truncated in Esign stamp - need to retain the whole text

Hi,   We have a scenario where there is extra long names and the Esign stamp is truncating those at about 70 characters. We need to retain the whole text for legal purposes. Is there a solution or work around that we can implement?   Thanks.

We are reviewing documents we have received back from E-Sign. We have a situation where customers enter an actual written signature, and then the final document has the E-Signed By NAME HERE watermark over the actual signature. Is there any way to move or hide that watermark?

We have registered Callback Event Notification on OneSpan Sign Web UI and Key is getting gernerated correctly. However, I am receiving below error on email as OneSpan Sign Sadnbox access is assigned to me only.

I was running the Copy tool to copy two templates Michigan Treasury Power of Attorney and Michigan Treasury Power of Attorney with Spouse and I keep getting this error. I tried copying All templates and 37 of 41 did copy over successfully.

Hi,   in our current version 11.25, I found for callback event  i.e PACKAGE_READY_FOR_COMPLETE, the sessionUser has the account user id information in the request.
