Hi Team,
Our applicaiton uses the esign iframe to load the signing package and to capture the signature within our site.
We are seeing the below error in Safari browsers whenever the application tries to load the esign iframe. Can you please take a look at the error attached.

In the eSignlive documentation below, it states that we can customize colors for the signing Ceremony. But I don't see any reference to it in any of the sample code or other areas of the document.

Our scenario:
Package is created, signed and completed at our premises.
We then allow the signer 5 days to go home and download the package.
However, we want to block the download if the signer takes longer than a certain number of days.

I have one question regarding Text tag, can we define a name for a text tag?
