The “packageID” seems fine, works for other API call but “SignerID” from Evidence Summary does not seem to be recognized. Its confusing as items are referred to by multiple names, e.g. PackageID appears to be the same as Signing CeremonyID and Transaction.

I created an OneSpan Sign sandbox account and I'm trying to connect via the Salesforce OneSpan app however when I try I get an API key is not valid error. Has anyone ran into this before?

I'm trying to call OneSpan API call from MS Power BI, but currently unsuccessful.  How does one handle renewing Bearer Token? Below example was attempting to get a Token, didn't output error but seemed to hang. Mike(C)
