Hi, I tried to upload a document (attached) in the sender UI, it has error message as 'this document failed to upload and maybe locked'. but I tried it in the sandbox, and it's working fine.

We are testing the new signing experience and have noticed that we see the account owner in the list of signers when trying to switch. I am using the standard option that we use for the old signing experience but it doesn't appear to work.

How can I pull the subaccount user's apikey using parent account's apikey? I have called api/senders/{accountid}/apiKey and it returns 403. The same method works for the main account however.

We recently put in place a listener that is supposed to pull all completed documents as you would expect. The customer is reporting that there are a large number of documents that didn't get pulled from the OSS cloud. They all were created by the same sender using bulk send.

Usage report for more than 100 packages per day for the sender

I was wondering if there is any way to pull more than 100 completed packages for each sender for a given day. I have one sender that completes more than 100 packages a day and the completion report only shows up to 100 per sender, unless I am missing something.
