Event notification as soon as package got signed by signer

I want to update the status in my database as soon as user sign the document. I haven't found code to get the status as soon as signer sign the document. I did register all the even using callback example code. when some activity happens on my account I always get email with e-SignLive Callback failed. however I want to listener code to listen all the events. Please help.

Hey dangwani, You will have to build your own callback listener in order the retrieve the event notifications as they happen. In other words, when registering for event notifications, you will need to put in your url (e.g. www.yourdomain.com/eventNotifications) instead of your email address and build the back-end code to handle the incoming json payloads. You can find many examples online on how to get started: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/34769380/server-and-delivery-url-for-receiving-http-post-request You can also ask for eSignLive's Professional Services to help you build your callback listener. Note that this is a paid service. Hope this helps :)
