Hello, I have already a template with 2 placeholders called Signer1 and Signer2. When creating a document packge from the template, how I can update these placeholders to add the email address and first and last name for the signers. Do you have such an example?

A client is receiving an error, they are trying to add a second signer to a package. This second signer will always be the same individual and will be signing after the first signer has signed.

Has anyone noticed problems with the handover URL and hash location strategy routing? If so, have you found a workaround? When setting the handover url to something like "https://www.mydomain.com/#esign", we are seeing different behavior between the handover button and text link.

Hi Team, I am trying to create a transaction. I am the account owner. I am adding 'X as a signer, but when I retrieve the transactions, I am also added as one of the signers in it. Is there any way to exclude "account owner" from the signers' list?

Please find following requirement condition-1: We have three signers, need to be signed. condition-2: if signer one and signer two had signed and signer three not yet signed, if the package going to be expired in one day then we need to extend it. This applies to all the packages which will meet t
