The “packageID” seems fine, works for other API call but “SignerID” from Evidence Summary does not seem to be recognized. Its confusing as items are referred to by multiple names, e.g. PackageID appears to be the same as Signing CeremonyID and Transaction.

normally we did document extraction and it works fine. now our client has the sample form with text tag extraction, but i tried it, it seems not working.

Hi,
I am trying to retrieve the packages which are in "DRAFT" status , below is API url. Below is my code that i am running, in the response it always returns only one package and that too with the status "COMPLETE" .

We have a scenario that if a customer signed the contract but didn't complete the payment, when the person came back again, he needs to do the whole transaction again.
So, for an archived package, can we use the same customId and Package Name?

Through the REST API, make the email notifications configurable much like configuring the signing ceremony layout on a package by package basis. The user experience can be somewhat confusing when one completes a sign ceremony online and then receives an email requesting a signature.
