Guys, Is there a way to modify the printed date that is captured when a signer signs a document?

I looked in the docs and the API but this was not immediately obvious if this function existed so question: I can specify a bound field Date, that gets filled in by eSignLive with the date that the user signs. However the date format that is filled in now does not match the date on our PDF form

For this form, we are seeing an unusual behavior.  Prior to signing, the values in a label field are appearing in a different format than after signature.  The line breaks are not being recognized before signing.

One of the requirements I have is a possibility for user to place a logo on a document beside signature. I realize that I can add custom fields but none of them is an image type. Is this possible to achieve? And how?

I used {{TheHost}}/api/account/senders?from=1&to=100 API to retrieve Sender Object in JSON. The "top" level of this object contains two (I believe) related fields "timezoneId": "GMT", "created": "2020-04-24T17:42:42Z", Under "account": { is another two fields
