Hi, so far my organisation have been using v10. we would like to try v11. I have dowonloaded v11 sdk and changed the references. Seems to be working ok. What api url should I be using.

Hello, I tried to implement "Create and Send a Package with the .NET SDK" but got following error. Could not create a new package. Exception: The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized. HTTP POST on URI https://sandbox.e-signlive.com/api/packages.

We use SSO so we don't sending out the invitation for users to activate their accounts.  How can I programmatically activate the accounts using the .NET SDK.  I can determine who's pending from the list of senders, but not sure how to update their status to ACTIVE.  
Event Notifications not being created for Transactions from APEX SDK

We're trying to implement OneSpan Sign, but in the process of using Apex SDK, we noticed that Callback Event Notifications are not getting created for the transaction. If we create the transaction manually in Salesforce, event notifications are created for the transaction.
Label field format changes after sign

For this form, we are seeing an unusual behavior.  Prior to signing, the values in a label field are appearing in a different format than after signature.  The line breaks are not being recognized before signing.

I have made a template the first signature capture mandatory for each signer and subsequently made the rest optional with conditional logic. This setup ensures that the mandatory capture becomes optional once any of the others are signed.
