I am new to OneSpan and start working on the Apex SDK. I have gone through the SDK documentation but I am not able to find out how we can attach the signed document to the record or package can be assigned to the Parent record.

I was testing to create a package under sandbox mode. However, the package was not created, and an error was thrown instead. The exception message was:

We are trying to test the connection status to make sure there is not issues with a firewall. Since you do not have a test connection parameter baked into the .Net SDK we just created the new ESL client then make a request for existing doc's or layouts or something.

We are planning to extract OneSpan data via api's to drive reporting.
A) there are some advantages (simplicity) to re-extract all data, every night
B) there are also advantages to incremental extracts, i.e. net new items + changes

When creating a new package, is it possible to add custom metadata fields that we can get back in the webhook response? For instance, if I want to attach a custom ID to the package I just created, and then store specific data about that package in my own DB.

I created a template and added a bunch of fields. When I created them I did not set field names. Now when I go back and try to add a field name, when I click on the field name input and type, nothing happens.
