Hello,
I'm having a hard time structuring my JSON payload to reflect what I want to appear in my package. The documents have already been merged with *MOST* data via another source, but I do need to add some information to one of the 3 documents being sent for signing.

We are using SMS authentication along with email notification for access to the signing ceremony.
Generally the experience is that the email is sent, the user clicks the link, the SMS is sent and the user logs in with the PIN.
Some times the SMS is not sent.

Hi,
In the CA sandbox environment we ran into the following error when uploading a package using the .NET SDK. The package had multiple signers with the same email address. As OneSpan now supports signers with the same email, we were not expecting to get any errors.

Hi Team,
We are using POST reminders api to schedule reminders. Initialy, we are creating package in DRAFT status.
Secondly, we are calling reminders POST api to set reminders.
As a response, we are getting 404 error.
