Hi -  Can someone confirm to me what the state a completed transaction inherits once its retention date expires? apparently they are deleted after retention period expires rather than archive?

Hello, When i sign a documnt with mobile device, we see this window (e.g. screenshot). It appears only with mobile device but we don't want this window. Can i remove it? Or we must request support to delete it? Thank you, Godinas Maxime.

I have used the copy tool and would like to have the ability to also delete templates and layouts in each of our accounts? The LOB would like the ability to be able to clean up the templates and layouts in their account.

I successfully uploaded a test Document in my SandBox to replace the standard acceptance that goes with the Document for Signature. What I end up with is 2 "Electronic Disclosures and Signatures Consent" Documents.
Attachments when running the collection when choosing the multipart-form data

The attachments are deleted every time I run the collection (the multipart-form data was chosen). If there is the way to add the attachment one time when creating collection and use it every time ? Maybe there is the possibility to do this via newman?

I just installed OneSpan Sign for Salesforce. I am trying to test out a transaction, but whenever I go to prepare the document I get this error: User does not have EDIT/DELETE access to package. I have a System Administrator profile and I have been assigned to the appropriate permission sets.
