Hi,
We're investigating to moving to the new package/layout designer and had some questions.
In our sandbox environment the new designer displays a option to chat with eSignLive support. Is this normally shown on prod environments as well? Is there a back office change to remove this?

Hi,
Is there a way to build a package such that one signer would sign 2 documents. Here is an algorithm that I am looking at:
1. Use PAckageBuilder to build a package named 'OriginalPackage'
2. Add 'signer1' and 'signer2' to OriginalPackage
3. Add 'document1' and 'document2' to OriginalPackage

When user change email address (ex: email domain changed or user get married) results in a new account generated in OneSpan eSign. So there is a chance for a user to lose access to his/her documents and results in duplicate user accounts.

We were successfully sending transactions and documents to OneSpan until the start of this week when we started receiving the below error. I have also put the invoking code below, it is based on the Apex SDK. It's a weird error as this was working on Friday..

Is there a way to add custom meta data like an external transaction Id from a different system at the document level? I see where we can add Fields but I don't want this to be populated on the document.

Hi,
In the JSON retrieved for a Package is there a way to figure out Who (Role/Email) has delegated to Who (Role/Email).
After delegation we get the ROLE_REASSIGN event.

I'm working on the callbacks into Salesforce. The callbacks are triggering just fine. And the provided code where we are uploading the signed documents into the document object is working perfectly. However, I need to upload the documents into Content Versions instead of the document library.
