Hello,
We are running into an issue where our signed PDF files are not being displayed correctly in Chrome and sometimes Firefox as well. Everything is normal with the PDF documents until we sign and download them through eSignLive.

Guys,
We've noticed that when we have a notarized package, the users are not able to download the documents until after they sign and confirm the document. When there is not a notary associated to a package, the user can download the documents at any point during the transaction. Is this intended?

Hey!
As the title say - is there a way to see the exact creation time of a transaction? That goes for any status a transaction may be in (such as trashed).
Not sure if I am missing something obvious, but searching the web has yielded no results!

Hi Team,
Is there any way to authenticate signer while signing the document from Email.
Scenario: We just want to block the un-authorized user from signing if that user get access to the signing link from forwarded email.

I would like to create my own "Accept" and "OPT-OUT" buttons with a custom message as popup to be displayed when user click on OPT-OUT or Accept button. I would like to know if there is any service available in EsignLive that I can call, when user click on OPT-OUT or Accept button.

Team,
We have required to have the Auto signed by the user , i.e we wanted have a check box on the UI that says Acknowledge and when the user check's this box the Document should be marked as "Signed by XYZ on datatime" on a specified page . Please let know if this is possible.
