We're trying to implement OneSpan Sign, but in the process of using Apex SDK, we noticed that Callback Event Notifications are not getting created for the transaction. If we create the transaction manually in Salesforce, event notifications are created for the transaction.

Guys - Can you only create an electronic smart note when there is a notary associated to the package? I'm running a few tests where I send a package with just signers and I am not able to create a smart note. When I send the exact same package with a notary, I can then create the smart note.

I am using a template inside OneSpan to create the package. The template is set up for 2 signers but I would like to remove the second signer using the apex class if there's not one.

hello there, I set up sandbox.esignlive.com with salesforce sandbox. Using Apex sdk I am able to create package and sign it, but when other users from salesforce try to use apex sdk code they can create package in esignlive but they cant sign it.

We have several package templates which we created with the New UI. Each of the templates has multiple documents assigned to them. Now we need to use the RESTAPI to pull these package templates and create new transactions with the package templates created in the UI.
Combine static fields with EnableExtraction does not work?

When I create a package from a PDF document and combine the EnableExtraction() calls to extract form field positions, and I add an .WithInjectedField() clause, I do not get any data injected in the static fields. I now have to do it in 2 steps: 1) Create a layout from the PDF with EnableExtraction
