Hi, I would like to understand how do we retrieve signingUrl when we pass signerId as an email address. I am using below snippet  eslClient.getPackageService().getSigningUrl(transactionId, userIdentifier); here I've userIdentifier is e.g.  "[email protected]"

We create a package where Primary and Secondary signers are both true We set the expiry datetime for 1 hour when we create the package We process the package, then send the uploaded documents to OneSpan to sign the documents.

Hello, I want to send a pdf file using e-sign. I sent a file (by creating transaction) using sandbox account manually and I want to do the same via rest api. Could you please share the anonymous block or wrapper program to call send a pdf file to the existing package.

Hello, I have created package and send successfully. How to assign right for send package to another user(who is sender of document on particular package) using rest api.?? I have tried with delegates and added sender on my account but can't able to give right as delegate using rest api ??

Hi, Currently using APEX SDK to retrieve a template from OneSpanSign, then removing roles from the template as needed, if the number of signers change. I've currently defined 2 roles on the template, and am trying the scenario where only 1 is needed.

Use the .NET sample code https://developer.esignlive.com/guides/feature-guides/document-extraction/ to generate eSign. The field name is [Client1.Capture1] with field type is 'Signature' in PDF file. But get error message Silanis.ESL.SDK.EslServerException: Could not send the package.
How do one get transaction details (name, description) upon package download?
