Hi , I have callback listener setup and configured to trigger when there is "PACKAGE COMPLETE" , "PACKAGE DECLINE" and "EMAIL BOUNCE" events. While it works fine with the "PACKAGE COMPLETE" and "PACKAGE DECLINE" events, I am not able to get a response for "EMAIL BOUNCE".

While trying to add the document of one package to other package, am getting an exception : Bad Request(400), message:"Cannot upload the document. Please make sure it is not locked." How can I unlock the document and add it to other package?
Signers have same email

Hello, We are getting exception when we try to add signers to package with same email. We are receiving message - 'The email is already in use for package'. So, is there a way we can add signers with same email to the package? Thanks, Sushma

Getting documentid for SIGNED document into Notification

We currently received notifications when the package is completed "PACKAGE_COMPLETE" however the documentid property is null. 
Modifying a signer

Sometimes we encounter an issue where we need to change the signer on the package. I know I could resend a package to the new signer, but this would require us to start from the beginning. Is there a way to change the signer after the package is sent? Thanks in advance, Darin

Guys - Can you only create an electronic smart note when there is a notary associated to the package? I'm running a few tests where I send a package with just signers and I am not able to create a smart note. When I send the exact same package with a notary, I can then create the smart note.

Hi, we upgrade SDK to 11.25 (was using 11.0.2), we noticed that the locale has been changed in 11.0.2, when we sent 'fr-CA' to SDK, SDK will translate to api package as 'fr' in 11.25 when we sent the same request, SDK translate to api package as 'fr-CA' which is not recognized so the package languag

Is this sender token required in a json package? I ask because I get an error sending a package request stating "id": "sender" not found. This is just a sender not requiring a signature but sending a request package for signature of another user.
