Hi all. Help with the following really appreciated.
Below code produces exception: "code":500,"name":"Unhandled Server Error". This exception occurs when uploading PDF with form inputs. Flat PDF (no form inputs) works fine.

HelloWe have already looked into all the other discussion regarding this error and nothing really helps. We have customer uploading some PDF that are getting rejected by OneSpan that aren't corrupted, encrytped and don't have NeedAppearances AccroForm flag.

Hello,
I am running into an issue when using a layout that was created with placeholders that specify both an ID and a description. The layout can be successfully created and viewed, but the layout cannot be applied to a package.

I have this code as was suggested by OneSpan for retrieving "GetUpdatedPackagesWithinDateRange" but I am getting an error on this line.

We are trying to add signers to the package that was already sent through the API and keep getting the following exception:

Hi,
I am working on a scenario where I need to send a package for eSign on behalf of a sender from an "account" different from that of the Sender.
Each package could have different sender or I can use a sender that I used in an earlier package.
