Hi, In my project, we are implementing eSignlive solution to solicit electronic signature from customers. Besides the signing documents, we have to additionally present a few static documents(docs that do not require electronic signature) to the customer, prior to the actual signature being applied

Duo,Has anything changed with the process of changing the notary on a package? We are now not able to change the Notary at all on any of our Notary packages. Also, just fyi, this happens when trying to use a notary that is within the senders account.

Hi , We are sending a bunch of files to signer but only one or two doc is to be signed and rest documents are for information purposes. how to know id of documents those are signed. We have to keep only those files in our system those are signed and has signed tag. Thansk

Hello all, My goal is to enable an admin person to easily assist with a signature package (they will be the sender) but where the admin person is strictly the sender and will never be a signer.

Guys,   Is there a way to get some kind of conditional logic based on which checkbox is checked? If I have 2 checkboxes, we want to have a different set of text boxes for each checkbox that will be required to be filled in if that checkbox is checked.

I have a document package that contains two documents and three signers. One of the three signers only has an approval on one of the two documents. While I am able to limit that user's signing ability, they can still see the other document that they did not sign.

I just started with Apex SDK and its integration in one of my developer sandbox. But i didnt see anything with the API key in my sandbox (screenshots attached). So i created a client Id and client secret but not sure if its the right way of creating a API key.

Hi, Let's consider a practical scenario where there could be a possibility of feeble internet connection at the customer location, In such a case, can I print a copy of the document (yet to be electronically signed) from eSignLive ?
