I am working on a project where we will submit documents to ESign Live from our electronic document storage system. Whenever the primary application stores the documents electronically, it automatically protects the PDF document from modification with a password.

Hi,  I want to retrieve a onespan users api key to use the template that user has and if any documents were added to the template then would like to retrieve those documents too. I am using .net sdk for this scenario.   Sergio Paul

Hey team, We are using Text Anchor feature to extract fields. But there was one field that doesn't get the right position and show up at left-top corner of the page. Our .NET SDK version is 11.0, during package creation, we didn't receive any error. Please advise, Oliver

Use the .NET sample code https://developer.esignlive.com/guides/feature-guides/document-extraction/ to generate eSign. The field name is [Client1.Capture1] with field type is 'Signature' in PDF file. But get error message Silanis.ESL.SDK.EslServerException: Could not send the package.

The .Net SDK throws exception “Object reference not set to an instance of an object.” When we try to retrieve some data like (Layouts, Sender info, Auditlog) and there is no data. It would be better if it just return null, instead of going to the exception path. Thanks,

Hi is it possible from custom UIto allow user to place signature on the page...to choose where it want it. What parameters I need to set in the code. I use .net SDK Also would it be possible to size iFrame to the document or to remove all unnecessary space around document. How?

We have been using Silanis .NET SDK for almost a year now and have a separate staging environment that uses the sandbox Silanis environment. However, today, this code below started failing as GetTemplates() is not returning anything.
