Hi, Is there are guidelines or recommendations for using eSign with PDF documents (and forms). Lets say I have a claim form (with 50 fields) to be completed.

Hello, I am trying to implement a document with some fields that forces each character to occupie a specific space. The only way I was able to do it right now was creating multiple 1 character textbox for each space but its far from Ideal.

In doing some testing in my sandbox, I noted that if I submit a package with a signer with an invalid email address, early the next morning I got a delivery failure notification to my email inbox. I'm curious if there is a way to actively monitor email delivery status via the API?

Hi Team, We are using POST reminders api to schedule reminders. Initialy, we are creating package in DRAFT status.  Secondly, we are calling reminders POST api to set reminders.  As a response, we are getting 404 error.

Hi, I am using document extraction with field to identify the signature position for a signer. If i have a pdf with 3 signatures with field names ExecutedBy_p{counter}, only the last signature is coming in place.
Can a secondary signer be optional?

Hello, We have a form that has two signature spots but the user only signs one spot. Would the Silanis API allow some sort of command for optional signatures?
Set package Expiry Date In Rest API

Hi, I have a requirement to set the package expiry date during creation of the package itself. The problem is I cannot identify the suitable Json field where the expiry date can be set so that Onespan can automatically take the necessary actions on it. The java sdk has the solution.
