I have got into a very weird scenario today. Using Apex SDK to create package in OneSpan. I have created a package in OS with placeholder1 assume roleId as 'ph01' and signer1 with roleid as 'signer01'

Hello, I believe there should be a possibilty for an unknown signer to exist in a Package, here's a use case from my company: A truck driver must deliver concrete to a construction zone and the person who receives the concrete must sign as well as the driver.

Hi, I am trying to retrieve a signer authentication token to build a signing URL using the createSignerAuthenticationToken method on the AuthenticationTokensService on the EslClient within the Java SDK.

I am having a problem with the Laserfiche Connector: I select a document in LF then click "Send with OneSpan" The document shows in the list of Documents on the Create New Transaction screen. I add the sender's email, name, and signers then click Create.
signingStatus API not returning correct status
