I am getting a 401 error when requesting an authentication token for a "SENDER" with a mixed-case email. Other places in the REST API do not require a lowercase value for email in the json. The request I made was:

Hi, we want to keep track of the transactions that has been completed, that's why we would like to archive the transactions we already have in our DB as completed. I would like to ask if there's a way to archive multiple transaction in a single API request.

Seeing how to set the inPerson(Boolean) at the DocumentPackage level. Is there any way to set this attribute at the signer level? Our workflow has the possibility that some signers will be in person and others will be remote.

Hi Team, We are creating a wrapper around OneSpan API and We have embedded the signing process through signer token wherein every signing we end up getting "OneSpan Consent Document".

Hi, Could you please let us know what limits does esignlive put on the files being uploaded for digital signing? - size of file in MBs - # of pages in a given file We've observed that we've a 2.6mb file with about 200 pages and it won't upload via the UI or via the API route. thanks Neel

I have looked through the eSignLive documentation but without success. When creating a package, is it possible to restrict signers to be able to view certain pages of the document ?

Hi, My scenario is, we want to customize the emails send to signers so that the link is not sent in the email and they are just provided with instructions to login into our application to do so. Now, my question is, after creating package we have received packageId.
is there any way to adjust/move signature box by signer

Hello   When signer receive the email to sign the document and after clicking the link document is opening.   is there any way signer can adjust signature box to move to correct position.
