Hi team,
One of our client is asking about this feature, which was used to be available in Classic Sender UI, while not yet implemented in New Sender Portal. Client is using Java SDK, so is it supported in Java SDK?

by default, the session timeout for sender/signer is 30 minutes. it's working for desktop version, but it seems not working for mobile signing or sender login. is there any different setting other than default one?

The Customer accepted the Disclosures and Consent and signed the Contract but left the Rider unsigned. Therefore I cannot sign the Contract because it violates the Signing Order.
How can I get past this outside of asking the Customer to sign the Rider?

It appears the default behavior for the mobile web experience is to omit the display of the branding logo (the one that would display in the upper left in the desktop web experience).
