I am dealing with a requirement that reads as follows: Customer must have an actual signature and not an ok box to click. 'Actual' in this case refers to a drawn (or typed) signature. Is there a good way to enable that for one of the signing roles sent up?

Dealing with another tricky requirement. For one of the signers, it is requested that the email contain only the signature page (and not any of the additional pages). Is there a good way to specify what pages should be sent out in the follow-up email post-signature?

The score returned from "ClientScoreSDK.generateClientScore(platformGroup, userGroup, contextGroup)" function seems to be "7" always no matter what device it run on (tried with multiple mobiles and emulators) .. Am I missing something here?

  eSign Document is embedded as an iframe. While the signing ceremony is being performed on  mobile we came across unexpected behavior on clicking of Cancel in the pop-up (which is launched when we tap to sign)  
Date Field Split Into Date Parts

We have PDF forms in our system that contain "Date" areas. Some of these Date areas contain a single line for which the Date would be placed above. We have other forms where the Date area was pre-populated with the Forward Slash separators ( MM /dd / YYYY  ).

Getting the below error while adding the attachment in esign in Oracle(Production instance) ORA-22288: file or LOB operation FILEOPEN failed Permission denied While testing in non prod instances, no such error occurred. Kindly assist as soon as possible.

Final requirement for the day. So I have two signers on my documents. I want the email afterward to get sent to three different addresses. Is there a good way to add a CC or additional email for follow-up?
