Hi, We're on onsite customer running ESL 6.2. We recently decided to remove the "Confirm" button at the top of the screen during the singing ceremony. We added code to include .WithoutGlobalConfirmButton() per below but we still see the "Confirm" button during signing.

Hi, thanks Haris for your input, my next step is to simulate the workflow and working on a POC using SOAPUI ( a freeware I use to test REST services ). The workflow is straight forward: 1. Create a Package and Send the PDF . Read the Response PackageId 2.

I am trying to create the package only with documents and I will need to update it later adding the signers, the signature tag is already created in one of the documents, that is why I am using EnableExtraction. I get an error:

If I accidentally send a package to the wrong email address or the wrong signer, can I modify the package I already sent? Or do I have to delete it and start over?

Once the Package is updated with status = "SENT", emails are sent to the corresponding applicants (signers) in the package. However, since this process is happening in front of the Lender, I would I like to provide the applicants (borrower) who are in front of the Lender to have access to the Signin

Hi, In the CA sandbox environment we ran into the following error when uploading a package using the .NET SDK. The package had multiple signers with the same email address. As OneSpan now supports signers with the same email, we were not expecting to get any errors.

I am successfully getting my callback, and am then returning a 200. However with every package I complete I am still getting an email saying that the callback failed. Any idea why this would be?
