Hi, I'm trying to set up a demonstration project using the sandbox environment but I'm having troubles authenticating with the API.
I initially used the .NET SDK to access the sandbox but when I hit troubles I decided to try and distill the problem down.

I am trying to create one span transaction with package using Apex SDK. But I am receiving this error. I have a placeholder role as "Placeholder1" which I am replacing with a signer in the transaction.

Hello,
We are using the .NET SDK to setup transactions with documents containing only signature fields. We are using Text Tag extraction as our signature locator and I attached the code we are using to do this.

I use the event notifier with a Iframe (https://community.onespan.com/documentation/onespan-sign/codeshare/esignlive-event-notifier) for couple years in my projet and when I have configure it initially the event to check for completion was ESL:MESSAGE:SUCCESS:SIGNER_COMPLETE.

I'm thinking there MIGHT be a bug but wanted to post here before claiming that entirely. I'm using the latest .NET SDK.
Simple example is this:
1 document, 1 signer , 1 signature.

Hi all,
I am just getting through a few cycles of testing in the sand box on my way to uploading and populating large form with multiple signers from an external web app. It seems the documentation is not all the clear how to map fields to existing to PDF form fields.

I attempting to create a document that has one signer by email, and 2 signing groups (lets name them Group1 and Group2)

I read the following blog post:

And tried setting up reminders in my initial POST request that creates a signing package. It's not working. ESL creates the package with no error messages but the reminders never get sent.
