HI, Every time When I create template, a default document named "Electronic Disclosures and Signatures Consent" is created. I don't want this document. Is there a way to do this? Thanks Zeeshan Hanif

I keep getting the attached error message.  When I wait and restart it's usually okay but it's painful that I can only do about 40 - 50 users at one time.

Is there an endpoint to add multiple documents to a package? The APEX SDK appears to only have a method to add one at a time. Trying to minimize callouts from SF.

Hi Does the signer session URL expire after around 30 minutes, even if we don't click on the link at any time. Is this configurable at account or api level? Regards Mario

I'm trying to use the iOS SDK, but I keep getting an authorization error. I've checked my username and password with the UI, several times. I'm not sure what the issue is. Can anyone help?
Sandbox environment - Email notification not being sent to signers

I have tried several times and waited for up to an hour - however signers are not getting notification email... I am able to get the SMS passcode but no email with link to sign... is the environment working?
Is there a way to see the exact creation time of a transaction?

Hey! As the title say - is there a way to see the exact creation time of a transaction? That goes for any status a transaction may be in (such as trashed). Not sure if I am missing something obvious, but searching the web has yielded no results! Thanks, Tom.
