We're trying to implement OneSpan Sign, but in the process of using Apex SDK, we noticed that Callback Event Notifications are not getting created for the transaction. If we create the transaction manually in Salesforce, event notifications are created for the transaction.

We are using Apex SDK to create transaction in OneSpan, we aren't using OneSpan Salesforce Connector. We have API key for authentication. When the user create transactions in OneSpan from SF, sender is always OneSpan's user attached to master account.

We would like to retrieve the count of users created over a period of time. i.e. # of users created yearly.

Our client is receiving the error message "No Role found for signer email" when trying to send a package. We are creating a custom ID however the custom ID is guaranteed to be different (one ends in -1 the other in -2).

Please find following requirement
condition-1: We have three signers, need to be signed.
condition-2: if signer one and signer two had signed and signer three not yet signed, if the package going to be expired in one day then we need to extend it.
This applies to all the packages which will meet t
