Unless I missed something, the notary assigned to a package thru the Java SDK does not get an email notification. Is there a way to have the system send an email to the notary with the login link as is done for other signers?

UPDATE: Solution in comment sectionHi,I create packages only by adding roles and signatures with ESL tags on document and it always worked perfectly. Until rencently, maybe a couple of days, we started receiving "Cannot send package without approvals" error.
New Signing Experience Issue

Is there a change in updatePackage call for new signing experience. I am able to generate the package and update the package with settings and roles from old signing experience account but same cannot be done with new signer experience account.

Is there a way to use Silanis SDK to validate the signer's email address prior to actually creating the package? The email validation of the SDK during package creation seems stricter than usual email RegEx validations, and recognizes only a set of valid top-level domains.

Hi, I am using spring boot rest template to create onespan package. I am trying to upload multiple files under key word "file" and json structure as "payload". But I am getting 400 bad request. I have also checked whether the byte array is base64 encoded or not.

Hi,   I saw one post in the forum, and saying after signing started, not able to update the signer's email address. but I tried it with SDK call and it seems works for me. anything I missed? thanks, Cindy

Final requirement for the day. So I have two signers on my documents. I want the email afterward to get sent to three different addresses. Is there a good way to add a CC or additional email for follow-up?
