Currently the Evidence Summary download button is only added to the UI when the transaction has been completed. Wondering if there is a way to have the Summary generate upon the Send command? We are needing to have evidence we sent the transaction/documents, even if the Recipient never opens the doc

I am trying to submit a merged document and consistently getting this error.  The document is passing Adobe Acrobat Preflight.  Is there any additional insight into probable causes of this: error.validation.createProcess.missingData?
