I have a template with 550 label fields. I saved the fields to a new layout. Now, I need to shift all 550 label fields 8 pixels up. Doing it manually is a painful process.

I am connected in production Salesforce to a Sandbox trial account. I keep getting this error if I try click 'New' to create a new package or template in the eSignlive App. I can create a new Convention without issues, though.

Sorry for all the different posts, but I thought it'd be better to have each question separately so they're easier to search.
Another thing I'm going to need to use is to get the Audit information like in the evidence summary PDF I can download, only the listing of events from the SDK.
