Hello, I want to send a pdf file using e-sign.
I sent a file (by creating transaction) using sandbox account manually and I want to do the same via rest api.
But I am not able to figure out the json content for the sender and signer details in plsql.

Does a package automatically complete and close when the last signer signs? Is it possible to keep the package open - so we add another document for example - until we call an explicit operation to close/complete the package (even if everyone has completed signing)?

Hi,
what's the difference between email template 'email.notify.mobile' vs 'email.notify'?
As I known, email.notify is the one send to the signer for signing the document? when the 'email.notify.mobile' is triggered?

Hi,
I am working on in-person sign in using eSignLive iOS mobile SDK, and we require ID proof from signer.
For instance, take a picture of id and upload it.
I don't find it anywhere in mobile SDK? I am wondering if this feature is supported?

I am not able to send the multiple pdf doc using webClient during creating Package with binary doc by the Rest Api,

This is probably going to come across as the dumbest question ever.
What i am stuck on is basically adding a custom field for the agent to fill in before sending the document to the signer.
I can't seem to find the way to do it?? any help please.

Dealing with another tricky requirement.
For one of the signers, it is requested that the email contain only the signature page (and not any of the additional pages). Is there a good way to specify what pages should be sent out in the follow-up email post-signature?

Hi is there an event notification(https://docs.esignlive.com/content/c_integrator_s_guide/event_notifier/event_notifier.htm) for when the signer's session expires in an iFrame? If not do you know of a way for the parent to tell that the session has expired?
