We are trying to add validation rules in our consuming application. Could you please share what are the validation rules ( Max length, format) on the phone number that we use for authentication (please see the screenshot attached) ?

Hi, I tried sendUI to use Q&A authentication for remote signing, I found there is no any restriction for answer. I'd like to know if anywhere in the account can set restriction for the answer? Thanks   Wendy

Hi,   I am using api key for authentication, retrieving template works fine but when i tried to create package it thrown 403 forbidden error.   We might be missing some settings on the account. Can you guide us   Thanks

Hi, We have an account with IDV enabled. We just wanted to confirm whether it is necessary for us to use the Retrieve IDV workflow api call before setting the authentication for a signer as "DV" or "DVF" while creating a package using create package api.
