When a particular signer or role signs can we obfuscate certain data points to prevent them from seeing information? ...while a different signer/role CAN see the information. This would help me with some design considerations. Thank you, Randy

Hi,
for signer SMS authentication option, does it only send SMS code to the cell phone? if the signer doesn't have cellphone, does it do text-to-voice to a landline?

First time using the API. I have a document with 2 signers, and the first signer receives the email from OneSpan indicating the need to sign, with a 'GO TO DOCUMENTS' button in the email. But clicking on the link opens a page that only states:

I have a client who is trying to use a convention that has two Signer Labels within a template and but not able to specify a Signer Label to a placeholder. This is possible with the Salesforce connector. But, this looks like a bug Dynamics connector V2, please advise.

Is there a way to create a single label field without having to associate it to a signer/role?
Lets say that I want to create a date label that shows up on a document but not have it tied to any specific signer. Is this possible?

As part of retrieving the signatory information for a DocumentPackage we are getting Errors if a particular Signatory(part of various signatories) has not completed the signing.
