SMS authentication

Hi,

for signer SMS authentication option, does it only send SMS code to the cell phone? if the signer doesn't have cellphone, does it do text-to-voice to a landline?

Hi Cindy,

 

Unfortunately, Voice OTP is still under development, and from the product backlog, it seems that the feature will only be available at New Signer Experience, not Classic Signing Ceremony or Mobile Signing Ceremony.
