Hello, I'm trying to implement eSignlive for my specific scenario: 1) I have created a document that will be sent to two users in sequeance through signing URL 2) First user will see Signature fields to sign 3) Second user will see Approve/Disapprove fields and select approve or disapprove Now
What could be causing this?

Hello folks. We have made a fairly innocuous change to a PDF template agreement, just the text of an address, however when rendering this on the e-signature page of our application instead of the new text, we get some strange garbled capitalised text. Looks a bit like this:

Hi,   I'm trying to send an extra document to an existing package (with no document) using the REST API endpoint /api/packages/{packageId}/documents.   Doing so returns me a "406 Not Acceptable" error, which doesn't tell me much on what is wrong.

We have a need to include previously signed forms within an application package that we send to the client. The request is to have a way to insert these signed documents into another PDF. When attempting to do so in Adobe Pro we are advised that the PDF is password protected.
