Is there a way to apply validation rules on field values during signing ceremony? We have bunch of phone number fields and email address fields. We want to make sure that signers enter these fields in a specific format.

We are implementing Conditional fields.  I am starting by trying to get our existing text tag to use the fieldName.  From the documentation, I see this syntax  {{esl_SignerAutograph:signer1:Signature}} .

Guys, We just had an issue last night where it was December 22nd when a signer tried to sign a document. The stamp on the SMARTNOTE came out as December 23rd when it was clearly the 22nd.

Hi,   I saw one post in the forum, and saying after signing started, not able to update the signer's email address. but I tried it with SDK call and it seems works for me. anything I missed? thanks, Cindy

Hi,   Is there a way to send an email to the signer when a package is ready to download which means that this package has been signed and status is COMPLETE without enable email.complete. Thanks   Wendy

Unless I missed something, the notary assigned to a package thru the Java SDK does not get an email notification. Is there a way to have the system send an email to the notary with the login link as is done for other signers?

Hi, I have created a package in Onespan, during which an email gets generated. But now, I want to send a reminder notification  email to signers of this existing package, with a link to the onespan docs. How can I do this in Java?
The recipient is already in use for this transaction.

I've tried to send a new transaction without success for different reasons. I've resolved all of them but this one does make sense since I have different customIds and data like email can be the same for differen Signers, What am I missing?
