Hi,
I need to know how to get the layoutId of an existing layout that was created using eSL web portal.
The requirement we have is; The user will send the layout name, document and signer info, we then need to go fetch this layout and apply it to the document that the user sent.

I have been using a form field anchor [Signer1.Fullname1] to identify where a signature field is supposed to go when sent through the API. However, most of the documents we create in our system are done so using fpdf, so there will not be any form fields to name.

With this https://www.esignlive.com/blog/e-signlive-how-to-setting-up-callbacks/ , it looks like callbacks can be setup via code rather than through the eSign Admin UI. Do you setup this callback each time a package for is created?

I've noticed that creating documents with names that contain the windows restricted file name symbols ( ":\|/*?> ) will cause the documents to be shown in the signing ceremony and audit information with those symbols replaced by underscores.

Hi,
When creating a package and calling the setName method with a string containing a period or dash the JSON response says deserialization failed, upon further inspection there were also code 400 "invalid state" messages included. How can we fix this?

We've a scenario where there is a standard form that has been filled out by multiple people and it needs to be signed by a single person.
