Greetings I'm building an app for a customer using ESignLive. person1 fills in a couple Textbox fields with numbers and signs a document (there is only one place for that person to sign). The document is still open (not complete yet).

Guys, I've ran across a feature that I cannot seem to test and would love to get some clarification on this. If I have a signer who has 3 documents to sign. They sign two of the documents and refuse to sign the last document. We then remove the document from the package.
Is it possible to create a Group with a static/preset custom GroupId value?

This code seem to allow dynamic creation of a group with a custom Id. However, after the group's created, it seem to reflect a different group Id.

It appears that if our senders upload documents close to the 16mb limit then the signers sign when the sender goes to download the documents they are receiving an error (attached below) which we know is NOT a network connectivity issue.

You do have a 2021 enhancement request that is on your priority list to increase the MB size.  however in the meantime we are having issues with the ES not being emailed.  We've sent out numerous communications to tell our users to always use their Dashboard.

We are using Apex SDK to create transaction in OneSpan, we aren't using OneSpan Salesforce Connector. We have API key for authentication. When the user create transactions in OneSpan from SF, sender is always OneSpan's user attached to master account.

Hi, I'm having a problem. When I define the payload to create the transaction, OneSpan overrides the attachment ID. For example, the user is required to attach 2 documents.
