Is this sender token required in a json package? I ask because I get an error sending a package request stating "id": "sender" not found. This is just a sender not requiring a signature but sending a request package for signature of another user.

Hi!
I have some templates that define some pdf file to be filled and signed over the OSS Session.
For all of the created transaction, we are also creating a custom pdf that needs to be signed by the same Signer.

This Copy Tool question is from another customer. They are trying to migrate all templates and layouts from all senders in their Sandbox account to those same users in the Production account. I should point out that they are not using subaccounts

When accessing a session URL, I can see that eSignLive returns a few 302s and the browser does some redirects. For whatever reason, Chrome cancels one of these redirects when it's in an iFrame (https://sandbox.e-signlive.com/packages/{packageId}/sign).

So I have a current workflow that includes KBA on some signers for various packages. When the signer gets their signing url, we are seeing the attached error on the screen. Sometimes it takes us to where we can then proceed to answer the KBA and sometimes it doesn't.
