Hi, I'm getting a noRolesOnApproval error when trying to create a template that uses the document visibility feature. My code is attached. Any idea how I can fix this? Thanks.

I have a PDF that has a number of editable fields, when the signer completes signing the fields are no longer editable but when the sender downloads the signed document it is still editable.  Lori

In our document package, there is a questionnaire. There are two checkbox (Yes, No) after each question. I can put a checkbox there, but how can I make it mandatory, saying the user has to select either Yes or No?
