I'm working on a document where the signer is answering Yes/No questions, which I have set up as Radio fields (with radio groups) as Yes No options. We have different sections, where if the signer chooses a single Yes option, they need to fill in a text field to provide additional notes.

I'm having an issue when sending the pdf to OneSpan. This is the error from the dev console "String length exceeds maximum: 6000000" Is this because my files are too large? What's the fix?

Copy tool with API key not working

Hi, I downloaded copy tool v1.6.2, and when I use "With API KEY" for both source and target, I got 401 error see attachment, but if I use "With credentials" and it's working fine. any idea why it's failed with API key?
