Hello,
I have already a template with 2 placeholders called Signer1 and Signer2.
When creating a document packge from the template, how I can update these placeholders to add the email address and first and last name for the signers.
Do you have such an example?

Duo,Has anything changed with the process of changing the notary on a package? We are now not able to change the Notary at all on any of our Notary packages. Also, just fyi, this happens when trying to use a notary that is within the senders account.

Please I am experiencing "offline data - not generated yet". whenever a user authenticate online and with that user will be able to authenticate using offline data. The user is using DAWL Client v2.2 and OAS3.18.

Hi,
We have an account with IDV enabled. We just wanted to confirm whether it is necessary for us to use the Retrieve IDV workflow api call before setting the authentication for a signer as "DV" or "DVF" while creating a package using create package api.

I am trying to test creating a package and I'm getting this response from OneSpan:

currently the first name, last name, and date are placed in the signature block. Can other data also be placed there, specifically the signer's title? Can this be placed with the signature or can it be placed in another location? Is this a back office setting? Can this be done through the api?

I had API code below that used a PullPageSize of 500 and worked fine, but with the OneSpan updates that returns a null pointer. I can use 100 without a problem. Why was the size limited? What is the limit? Using 100 make my retrievals MUCH slower
