Hello! I'm trying to add extra fields to a transaction through the REST API but I can't get the extra fields to show up. So far I managed to add a free text field at the time of signing, but I can't get it to show the initials of the signer or the date of signing.

Hi,  Is it possible to inject the values using field names rather than ID , since its becoming very difficult to send values using id because if we have four environments each time its very difficult to inject values using ID.

Hi, i am trying to use the POST api /api​/packages​/{packageId}​/attachment​/{attachmentId} to add an attachment to a package but i always receive the below reply. I am testing it through the swagger of the community portal. Any idea on the reason of the error?

Hello, I was testing to create a package under sandbox mode. However, the package was not created, and an error was thrown instead. The exception message was: $exception {"Could not create a new package.

Can you please provide an overview of how QR code works? If a QR code is created for an eSign package, is there a time limit for how long the QR code will work? There is a client who wants to print the QR code and scan it with the app at a later date to avoid using a desktop computer.
