We're trying to implement OneSpan Sign, but in the process of using Apex SDK, we noticed that Callback Event Notifications are not getting created for the transaction. If we create the transaction manually in Salesforce, event notifications are created for the transaction.

Hi How can i find out from the object docs if a field is mandatory or optional. For example Firstname is mandatory for creating a signer , but the docs dont seem to indicate that it is.

Hi, I am unable to create a package with the JAVA sdk for the attached document. I am getting an eslServerException with a technical message ' error.eslx.inputValidation.documentPreverifyError'.

My company is new to working with eSign, I'm a product manager working on finalizing requirements for our development team and can't find the length of the Package ID. Can someone tell me, or point me in the right direction?
