If a customer builds an integration using the API, they would at minimum need to reference the API key to connect to OneSpan is that correct or could they use access token?

I have a number of email accounts that aren't people but business units. They want to use the API to send business unit messages. Since we use SSO they can't sign into OneSpan as that non-existant person.

in our log, I found there is API call for 'verification/verificationType, what does it do? and it seems there is error(key=error.notFound.signerVerificationNotFound), what does this error mean?

I know how to get subaccount api keys but how do I get a senders API key. The user has left State employment so I can't have them just login and give it to me. I don't see it in the Sender structure.

We have a customer who built an entire api based interface to their Appian application. They want to move that interface to a different account because the person listed as the owner is being reassigned. To do this do they just need to replace the api key in their code?
