Hello, I am integrating with Pega and configured everything as per guide. But getting below error. I am passing API Key from my login as "Basic"+"XXXXXX" and using endpoint as - https://sandbox.esignlive.com/api/packages

I am trying to set up a Service Rest connection from Pega to One Span. The Service Rule was provided by One Span in OneSpanSample Ruleset. The Endpoint URL mentioned in the rule is : http://localhost:XXXX/prweb/PRRestService/OSpan/01-01-01/events

We are consuming one span esign api from pega. The package creation is failing with the below reason Message: Cannot send package without approvals. Message key: error.validation.sendPackage.noApprovals

Hi everyone, We are working to integrate OneSpan with Pega application in order to manage the Customer Digital Onboarding process.
Problems with Expediente Unico client documents, OneSpan does not return them.

At Onboarding Accounts we have an issue with customer signed documents including Customer Agreement, Statement of Income, Customer Consent which in some cases OneSpan does not return to PEGA or there are delays in response. which causes the Unique Client File to be incomplete.

Hi OneSpan Team - As per our requirement , the ESign process for 2 roles happen within the pega application process flow , We need not send emails to the Esign users to complete the Esign process via email and on to the OneSpan site . Is there any way by which we can block sending emails to users .

Hi, Good day! We are configuring KBA authentication and doing it in initial package creation call, it is working fine for kba-us provider while for kba-canada, we are getting the response as postal code and province cannot be empty. what might be the issue? please let us know.
