Getting the below error while adding the attachment in esign in Oracle(Production instance)

ORA-22288: file or LOB operation FILEOPEN failed
Permission denied

While testing in non prod instances, no such error occurred.

Kindly assist as soon as possible.

is there any api to get the status of the signing ceremony like whether the signer signed or not kind of web hook ?

if i create 5 packages with 5 templates can i group together and send it as a single email to customer for signing

say i have created 10 documents in an template through sandbox , but i have to send only two documents out of it in run time using Rest API . How we can achieve this functionality through one span.

Here is the situation : We integrated OneSpan eSign into our Saas. As we wanted it completely withelabeled, we integrated the designer into an iFrame and we use the callback events listed here: https://docs.esignlive.com/content/c_integrator_s_guide/sdk/i_reports_and_logging/event_notifications.htm?Highlight=callback to send our email instead of OneSpan emails. The thing is there is an important email without any callback event.
