My Operator id configured with Production env (US2). I could not find the API key in the integration tab of the Admin Page. How to get a API key for PROD environment . Kindly let me know the End Point URL for the production env API's.

Guys, We've noticed that when we have a notarized package, the users are not able to download the documents until after they sign and confirm the document. When there is not a notary associated to a package, the user can download the documents at any point during the transaction. Is this intended?

Hello, I'm currently using the REST API to upload a package. The package has 2 signers and 3 documents. First Document (Requires only Primary Signature) Second Document (Requires only Joint Signature) Third Document (Requires both signatures) Is there a way to specify which document is required to be signed by which signer? My problem is that my documents have placeholders for multiple signatures.

Hi, I am trying to retrieve the packages which are in "DRAFT" status , below is API url. Below is my code that i am running, in the response it always returns only one package and that too with the status "COMPLETE" . There are packages which are in DRAFT status but not sure why are they not returned. Can you please help me with this issue.

Guys, I sent this to support yesterday but have not heard back from them as of yet. Case Number: CS0005490 I am having the same issue with two packages that are up in the sandbox right now. I am not able to accept the Default Consent document on any signer. Please see the attached jpg image of the error that I'm receiving. Since I am logged in as the Notary account, I am able to see the documents in the edit view and they all look correct. All labels, capture signatures, etc are on the image.
